Pure Magic: Wade Robson
One of the defining moments of my 2008.
Meeting and interviewing Wade Robson.
I got this awesome historic picture from Vino four months after the event! He took sooooo long to send me this, I wanted to kill him already but the moment I saw it in my email inbox, I was so damn happy that all I could feel was ecstasy and forgiveness haha. Thanks Vino!
My dance partner-in-crime Mei Cher was there too! How could she not be? Its Wade Robson himself man. Dream come true. We first found out Wade was going to Australia, then Singapore. We were wishing so hard he'd come to Malaysia and somehow the next thing we knew, he was seriously coming!
His workshop costs RM250, and as a non-dancer, it'd be insane for me to pay and attend his class. I would never be able to pick up his choreography! When my editor called and asked me to cover it, I think I almost hyperventilated. I was probably the most prepared I'd ever been to interview anybody! Watching SYTYCD for four years straight and reading up on Wade every now and then paid off totally!
My hands were actually shaking from the excitement, it's the only time I've ever been that nervous doing an interview! And he was exactly like I pictured him to be, as I'd read and as I'd seen him on TV. Man it is unreal to hear Wade laugh in person. I am still quite bewildered that I actually had the chance to meet and talk to him. I hope I get to interview him again! And also many other choreographers and dancers I admire...Mia Michaels, Mandy Moore, Jason Gilkison, Kelley Abbey, Tabitha & Napoleon, Travis Wall, Danny Tidwell, Katee Shean oh the list will never end :)

UCSI's Believe it or Not
Believe it? Or not. History in the making.
*edit: The semester ain't over. This grade happened because I got barred for the subject. Poor attendance can do that to you. 6 absences out of 26 classes. It is ironic that I'm getting barred for the one subject I really want to attend when I have so many other subjects I would like to skip. Anybody who knows the process to get unbarred, please message me.
