Times like this..
This is the best time to be around. So many people are coming back to the little red dot on the map. Great to meet up with all my old pals =)
I miss little devil!! Muahahaha..it was so much fun hanging out together, shopping, movie, pool! Video-watching, PS2-ing..RAMPAGE! Yup, it was loads of fun. I know there was much bullying of me involved *ahem* but it was fun nonetheless. My vocabulary is seriously limited! I've mentioned 'fun' 3 times already in only 1 paragraph! Oh my.
Well, all fun must come to an end some day. So, as I watched little devil go through the departure gates, reality sank in. So many things to do, so little time.
Went ECP with Sher on Tuesday even when I had a flu. Haha..sitting by the beach while a super strong wind is continuously blowing in your face does not do wonders for your runny nose >_< Sher pointed out Sagittarius to me haha man it would be so romantic watching the sky with Sher =PpP
I've been pooling so much that I'd like to think I've improved..so anybody, anytime, feel free to ask me out for pool =)
Now just counting down the hours till Pandaqueen gets here. Sushi buffet is a MUST.
Blogging has taught me one thing, nothing beats having a personal diary.

Went cycling recently. Totally nostalgic man. Loved the feeling of the wind in my face, passing by the scenery I know so well and the feeling of release it gives =)

One Last Day To Live
Photogenic gal threw me this question:
If you had one last day to live, and I could give you three people to meet for breakfast, lunch and dinner on that last day, who would you meet? These three people should not include any family members or girlfriend/boyfriend.
She gave me 2 weeks grace to come up with an answer and as promised, here it is =)
Assumption: I'm in Singapore at the time of this death revelation.
I wake up in the morning after just finding out THE NEWS a few hours ago. Most probably I had unrested sleep. I sit up on my bed, take a moment to glance around me, look out the window and savour the scenery that I never really took notice of before (ugly HDBs before but serene architecture on this momentous day).
I hop in the bathroom and have one of the best, longest and most relaxing showers of my life. First up on this day, I head for Saint Andrew's Village. I choose to have breakfast with Mr Desmond Ng-my favourite PE teacher. He's always inspired me during my Saint's days. We chat over coffee and toast about the days gone by, the fun my class and I had when he took us for PE, update each other on the Saints' teachers and my ex-classmates whereabouts. I join his current class for some good ol' floorball. (Reminds me of the time I tackled him..yesiree, I did! And we had loads of laughs after that. He couldn't believe I could be so daring to tackle a teacher =P) What better stress relief than sweating it all out on the court?
Next up, I make my way to Tanjong Katong Girls' School. Lunch with Cikgu Zain. I pass to him a Teachers' Day card which I wrote on the way from SAV to TKGS (it may not be near the day itself but I write one anyway). My favourite Malay teacher of all time! I owe him. I've never forgotten and am still ever grateful =)
Dinner with none other than Ms Doris Lee/Mrs Gan. Girl time! She rocks! She's so much more than an MOE officer. We'd chat like there was no tomorrow (which would be true in this case), catch a chick flick, take a few pictures and go our separate ways. After keeping THE NEWS a secret for the whole day, I head for my favourite place of all-ECP. I find a secluded spot and yell my lungs out at the waves (stress relief again). I'd lie on the beach on some newspapers staring up at the stars and slowly drift off to sleep that I'll never awaken from.
Teachers live forever in the hearts they touch. And these are the teachers who did touch mine. Of course Mrs Gan ain't really a teacher but in so many ways she is like one.
Reality: No way I could only pick 3 people! No way I would be able to go through such a day knowing its the end without meeting all my close friends! I'd probably be glued to them from beginning till end. Bridging, pooling, eating good food, laughing, crying and going photo crazy! =)

The Minister of Health came across this incredibly irritating quiz, it tantalises you to try it, gets you hooked but then they give you no answers! Grr..

Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift
The movie was really cool! This one's unique because of all the drifting, even more amazing than Initial D, I must say. Enjoyable to watch, not a bad soundtrack(though I prefer Initial D's) and I absolutely LOVE the way they introduced Vin Diesel back into the movie right at the end. NICE. =)

Girl Time
Fun, sun and relaxation indeed! Visit to KL/Klang was a blast! I got my wish to meet my brother..surprised him with my new music skill..heh heh =D
This trip was valuable girl time =)
I missed the times we did crazy stuff together. Relived some of the silliness of those olden days. Catching up on news, munching pizza, watching movies, flipping magazines, watching the World Cup finale, dancing for fun, photo taking, sleepover and SHOPPING!!!

Quite blur this trip, the first day so many things just screwed up and I for one, am someone who laughs at myself for such stupidity..LOL..I actually LOST MY PASSPORT!! I didn't even realise it until it was found. Phew..I thank my lucky stars that some kind soul picked it up and returned it =) or not it would have been a MAJOR headache -_-"

Just My Luck
Chick flick? Maybe. Enjoyed myself? Definitely! =)
Nice treat seeing McFly appear quite a bit in the movie and I've always liked Lindsay ever since The Parent Trap. Sometimes life is just about luck. Haha..watch the movie Match Point to see how they analyze life being all about luck. Interesting ending, I didn't suspect it!
Hung out with the orange freak-Farhana! And she was so purple! Shirt, tudung, bag, the works =D
Psst..Pandaqueen, guess what? The orange freak has joined the green tea club! She no longer drinks ice lemon tea everyday to survive, instead she drinks green tea!! Wahaha..took a long moment for it to sink in when I heard it, absolutely shocking ;)

Our uncle
The Minister of Finance = Our Uncle.
He's the one that calls us up to check on us when we aren't back home by midnight. Haha..and he brought back super duper delicious satay from Medan!!! And loads of other good food! Yummy! We missed Stan =PpP
Out with Minister of Health and little devil last night. Caught a ballet performance, one of the pieces was quite beautiful and we couldn't help checking out the abs on that girl. Oh my gosh..so toned!
Never really sat along the river at Esplanade and just enjoyed the breeze and company before. Last night was peaceful. And pretty funny..heh..we thought the Night Rider functions on weekday nights..how wrong we were! Stranded at the bus stop at 1am. LOL.
P.S. Sher is cool! She pointed out Scorpio to me among all those stars which looked like normal stars to me at first =)

Superman Returns
How ever did they find such a devastatingly handsome guy to play Superman? He looks like he just stepped out of the pages of a Calvin Klein ad. I must say overall the movie's pretty good. I like Bryan Singer's concept and direction.
What I seriously don't get is why does James Marsden keep playing these kind of roles? ARGH. In X-men trilogy, he was the weak Cyclops who died in the end with no fight at all. And here he just never really has the heart of the woman he loves. Losing out to Superman. Aiks. Maybe the fact that he is cute but not devastatingly handsome has something to do with it.
