Sunday : Home cooked lunch. Yummy salmon, tofu & veg! I swear the guys in our house cook better than the gals! Haha..surprising.
*ashamed*Monday : SUPER slack at work..hoho..pool at night! Amazingly I shot 5 balls in
CONSECUTIVELY. Lol..that has
never happened before in all my life playing pool.
*ultimate bliss*Tuesday : Lounging at home watching Fast & The Furious. I watched the sequel before but couldn't recall the storyline AT ALL..only able to visualize the hot pink car. Wahaha..what an impactful movie eh?*sarcasm*Wednesday : In the mood for movies, we watched Yamakasi! Often referred to as Yamasaki in our house..somehow that just rolls off our tongues easier ;) It was cool! And enjoyable..I like the characters Baseball and Tango. Catch the movie!*relaxed*Thursday : I walked into
Hong Leong Finance trying to cash an
OCBC cheque. I didn't realise it until the teller told me:" Miss, this is not OCBC."
Which I reacted to in shock and bewilderment. I was
SERIOUSLY dumbfounded:"Hah? You're not?"
"No Miss, this is Hong Leong Finance. OCBC is opposite."
I swear -_-" Total blurness!
*blur blur*
I have been reluctant to blog so as not to push that Saints Rugby team photo that I love out of the prime spot on my blog. Argh. But it has to go sometime right? Am weird. Am pro-SA. Don't mind me =P

Jeremiah 1:5
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart," says the LORD.
Today I flipped my office calender and saw:
God has the film of my whole life in view, and not just the snapshot of my present existence.Weird..I was just thinking something along these lines yesterday and it appeared again so suddenly.Life is full of strange coincidences ;)

We do it with FAITH!

Introducing the
FAITH tshirt ^_^
Faith reunion alright!
With only one missing member living it up in Hong Kong.
We missed her!
Alright we broke quite a lot of the
rules we stated in our
contract last year.
Sky blue dress code.
Marche dinner.
Sending the bill to THE absentees. We are too nice to do that =P
Show up at 6.00pm.
All those rules broken. Haha..I swear we can
NEVER be on time.
Scrumptious dinner, warm camaraderie, catching up on new gossips, Clarke Quay tour, soccer watching, crazy bridge games and stayover at the Summer Tavern with a whole dorm to ourselves. It was darn fun!! =)
*
bliss*
Every single person showed up with a
new hairdo. LOL.
The guys with their
army cuts of course.
And the gals with
new styles/dyed hair.
Most memorable quote of the day(from a Science Fac student no less)
- "Cold air rises."
Go figure =P

Jamie Cullum
FIRST, I must say a
MAJOR THANKS to my incredible housemate!
Huahaha..he gave me a free ticket to Jamie Cullum's concert.
Now, I ain't no fan of
Jamie Cullum.
The only songs I know he sang are those played on the radio.
And even then I couldn't really recall what songs he sings.
So why the excitement? =PI believe in grabbing every opportunity as they don't come knocking on your door 2, 3 times so I geared myself up to go for his concert even though (as I've said), I'm not a fan.
I did bother to do a little research..dropped by HMV an hour before the concert and listened to his newest CD (discovered I like his song "
Photograph"), got my housemate to surf for details about Jamie. (He's 26 and from Britain by the way).
And whaddaya know? Suddenly I got 2 more extra tickets to his show!
An hour
PRIOR to the show!
Woah..freak freak..panic panic..started calling everybody I could think of and yay!
I managed to get our Minister of Defence & Security and my junior to go =)
I tell you Jamie is a really
fun guy!
He really knows how to entertain.
He sure knows how to create
variety in his singing. Heh heh.
What's
SUPER coincidental is that he started the show singing "
Photograph"!
Wahaha..that is the song that I just discovered to be nice only an hour before his concert!
Super freakily coincidental which of course just
lifted up my mood =)
From his puns regarding the Singapore Idols to his crazy on-stage antics and his unbelievably funny impromptu jokes, he totally made my day ^_^
Pretty funny how big a fan of soccer he is, kept referring to England in the World Cup..he even brought along an England flag! Lol.
His voice is so
sexily jazzy, he played the piano amazingly, he ain't no shitty guitarist like he claimed to be, he wowed us on the drums and he even
beatboxed Gold Digger oh my gosh.
I am a fan!Pardon me.
Might take a week for the concert high to wear off =P
As described by my housemate: " Its more like a rock concert than a jazz concert."
I had an incredible time..who would have guessed? =)

Music in laughter
Nothing I love more than hanging out with my dearest pals indeed ^_^Pool! I will NEVER get enough of it!Cineleisure pool place is undergoing renovations now.Seems as if the whole of Heeren will be having a major uplift.
My housemates tend to be pretty naggy moms and dads.
Lol..just fall sick and they'd worry and fret over you like you are some MAJOR invalid.Appreciate it though! =P
Found in my office:
LOVEputs the
music in
laughter,
the beauty in song,
the
warmth in a
shoulder,
the
gentle in strong.
LOVEputs the
magic in
memories,
the sunshine in skies,
the gladness in
giving,
the
starlight in eyes.

What are the odds ?_?
Remember
Faith made a pact to meet up no matter what this June 17th?
We drew up a contract and all 12 of us signed our names in faith.
Those in army
MUST book out.
Those who are working
MUST take leave.
Those who are out of the country
MUST travel back.
Those who do not show up will receive
THE BILL and of course our
wrath!
And also remember we joked that what happens if Marche closes down/got bombed down?
Well..we laughed it off then.
Ridiculous we thought.
We didn't have a back up plan.
So..guess what?
Marche is
CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. Till July. Aiks! =O
What are the odds? What are the chances?
This is freaky.
This is retribution for laughing our asses off and not making back up plans.
This is actually pretty darn
funny =P
Lol..but its alright. We are still darn excited to meet up no matter where!=)
Can't wait. Stayover alright!

Dance on
I hope you never fear those mountains in the distance
You definitely are showing bravery right now..Never settle for the path of least resistance
You have chosen your path by accepting this challenge..Lovin' might be a mistake but it's worth makin'
No mistake at all..When you come close to selling out, reconsider
Stay strong =)And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance,
I hope you dance..
You are dancing indeedChurch yesterday was one of those times when I look around me and am amazed at how God works..in mysterious ways indeed. When the pastor prayed for teachers, I was momentarily stunned. How apt. I hope
HE spoke to you.
I prayed for you today =)

Welcome citizen!
We have a new housemate!
Haha..he's a long overdue citizen.
All the best to the guys squeezing in their bedroom =P
Work's been tiring, I wonder why?
Its a nightmare going to town/malls on weekends. The crowds are UNBELIEVABLE.
Its worse than sardines in a can. Its smothering. How to enjoy Great Singapore Sale in peace?
*horror*
